Serving thousands of commercial, industrial, and retail clients across Australia, the company operated on a legacy TYPO3 CMS that suffered from mobile responsiveness issues, slow catalog updates, and high page load latencies.
The Challenge
The primary technical challenge was migrating a massive, highly complex product catalog with B2B label calculation and ordering specifications from legacy TYPO3 to Shopify while maintaining 100% of organic search engine rankings, customer accounts, and historical transactional data without any business downtime.

We engineered an end-to-end migration strategy from TYPO3 to a high-performance Shopify store.
